Job Description:

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer will play a vital role in maintaining and improving product and process quality across the site. You’ll work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve issues, prevent recurrence, and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.

As a Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the investigation and resolution of internal and external non-conformances

  • Driving Right First Time (RFT) and yield improvements across production

  • Supporting the development and refinement of the Quality Management System

  • Collaborating with manufacturing teams to ensure customer KPIs are met

  • Participating in audits, review meetings, and maintaining quality documentation

  • Applying quality improvement tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D and mistake-proofing techniques


Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this Quality Engineer role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing quality engineering

  • A solid understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar quality standards

  • Certified Auditor (AS9100, IATF16949, or ISO9001)

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

  • Good communication and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality tools like SPC and FMEA

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of risk assessments and design of experiments

  • Experience in using trend analysis and root cause techniques
