Salary: £39,220 per annum + Shift Allowance £2,620.80 per annum

Job Description:

As Filling Team Manager, you will lead, coach, and motivate a production team to achieve operational targets and deliver exceptional results. You will play a key role in creating a positive, productive working environment, ensuring team members understand expectations and share a clear purpose in meeting company and personal KPIs.

You will use your leadership skills to:

• Communicate effectively with your team to drive engagement and performance.

• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean production, 5S, and factory floor fit events.

• Oversee shift operations, ensuring production schedules are met.

• Support change initiatives to drive business growth.

Skills & Experience: 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Proven people management skills.

• Experience delivering KPIs in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of lean production principles, 5S, and structured meetings.

• Ability to manage change effectively.
