Job Description:
As a Key Account Manager, you will take ownership of strategic sales activities for a major automotive customer. You’ll be at the heart of commercial negotiations, managing pricing strategy, monitoring market developments, and building long-lasting client relationships. The Key Account Manager is a vital bridge between the customer and internal teams including design, project management, and operations.
Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager include:

Developing and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships

Managing and updating pricing based on design, volume, and economic changes

Leading negotiations and contract discussions to ensure profitability

Gathering and analysing market intelligence to shape commercial decisions

Acting as the primary contact for customer interactions and support

Collaborating cross-functionally to align internal processes with customer needs

Reporting on sales performance and identifying areas for improvement
Skills & Experience:
To thrive in the Key Account Manager role, you’ll bring:

A degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial or technical automotive role

A strong understanding of automotive interior components or similar products

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems

Willingness to travel when required
