Hourly Rate – Up to £16 per hour DOE
Shifts – Day shift (Early finish on a Friday)

About the company:

Theo James is delighted to be partnering with Dyer Engineering in their search for their next Welder/Fabricator to join their rapidly expanding team. The core responsibilities of this position involve the fabrication, welding, and installation of various equipment, encompassing pipework, bracketry, guards, and machinery access components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel components.
• Measure, cut, and fabricate guards, pipework, and brackets.
• Ensure welding parameters are set correctly for different materials.
• Work on customer sites while adhering to strict safety regulations.
• Problem-solve effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
• Collaborate with a team or work independently when required.
• Install pipework ranging from 25mm to 500mm, using both screw and weld methods.

Skills & Experience Required

• TIG Welding experience(desirable).
• Time-served or equivalent in welding and fabrication.
• Strong fabrication experience, working from engineering drawings.
• Pipe fitting experience with various materials and methods.
