Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Production Operator to join a high-performing operations team based in Washington. As a Skilled Production Operator, you will play a key role in delivering operational excellence, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality and safety standards.
The successful Skilled Production Operator will:
- Maintain and continuously improve operational performance, quality standards, housekeeping, and health and safety.
- Follow production schedules to ensure jobs are completed in the correct sequence and within required timelines.
- Ensure all work produced meets strict quality standards before moving to the next process or final customer.
- Operate and monitor machinery within a manufacturing environment.
- Participate in ongoing training to broaden skills and support business needs.
- Adhere to all company, site, and legal health and safety requirements.

Skills & Experience:
To be considered for the Skilled Production Operator role, you should have:
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/4 or above in Maths, English, and one Science subject.
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
- Experience operating machinery such as print, embossing, die-cutting, or slitting equipment (advantageous).
- Ability to work to tight tolerances and demanding quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
