£30,000 per annum + Company Bonus.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Description:
The Service Sales Representative will play a key role in driving service revenue growth by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting service solutions across an assigned territory.
The successful Service Sales Representative will manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closure while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Working closely with internal sales, marketing, and service teams, the Service Sales Representative will support bundled product and service offerings while helping to grow long-term customer accounts.
This role will involve:
- Generating and converting new service sales opportunities
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships
- Supporting service renewals and repeat business
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline reports
- Promoting training, products, and service solutions
- Attending exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
- Providing basic technical and commercial support to customers
- Collaborating with internal departments to support customer requirements
The Service Sales Representative will be expected to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and contribute to overall regional sales growth.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience within sales, service sales, or a customer-facing commercial role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working within a technical or engineering environment would be advantageous
- Confident negotiating and closing sales opportunities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to manage workloads independently
- Good organisational and CRM management skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel when required
