Job Description
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will report directly to the Site Operations Manager and take full ownership of the Quality Management System across the site. You will oversee the quality of all incoming, outgoing, and in-process materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 22716 standards

Manage and update the site Quality Manual, and deliver internal training sessions

Oversee the legal compliance of all new products

Establish and monitor processes to prevent defects

Contribute to the long-term strategy for quality within the organisation

Lead internal and supplier audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented

Promote quality awareness and compliance throughout the workforce

Drive improvements in quality performance across all areas of the business

Skills & Experience
To succeed as the Quality Assurance Manager, you will need to demonstrate:

Proven experience managing Quality Systems in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 22716)

Ability to identify, investigate, and manage non-conformance issues

Excellent attention to detail and diligence in reporting

Resilience, problem-solving ability, and confidence in decision-making

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
