Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting customer, supplier, and internal quality activities across our entire manufacturing operation.

Your responsibilities as a Quality Engineer will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive internal and external audits
  • Supporting customer and supplier PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities
  • Leading 8D investigations and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
  • Managing and resolving customer quality concerns promptly and professionally
  • Supporting quality planning initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Producing detailed KPI reports and performance analysis for stakeholders
  • Supporting inspection, testing, and validation activities
  • Working collaboratively with production teams to enhance quality performance
  • Driving improvements across processes, systems, and organisational standards

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate for this Quality Engineer position will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of ISO9001 standards, ideally with IATF16949 certification
  • Working experience with PPAP, FMEA, and 8D methodologies
  • Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence
