Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:00

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Quality Engineer to support new product introduction (NPI) and maintain high-quality standards across manufacturing operations.
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing quality plans and supporting the development of robust manufacturing processes. The Quality Engineer will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and product management teams to ensure all quality requirements are met.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement activities, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and internal procedures. The Quality Engineer will play a key role in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to drive quality improvements.
This Quality Engineer role requires strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to quality assurance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality standards such as IATF16949 and ISO9001
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, and related documentation
- Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, and problem-solving tools (e.g. 8D)
- Experience within high-volume or automotive manufacturing is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Engineering qualification (HNC/Degree) preferred
