Job Title: Purchasing Assistant
Salary:  £28,000 – £30,000

Working Hours:  Full-time, Monday to Friday

As a Purchasing Assistant, you will:

  • Play a crucial role in supporting the procurement team to ensure smooth operations across the business.
  • Your responsibilities will include raising purchase orders, maintaining supplier records, and assisting with supplier management to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • You will also support the evaluation of quotations, manage administrative procurement tasks, and help maintain accurate records in line with company policies.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems is desirable

  • Ability to work collaboratively and support the wider team
