Job Description:

As an Project and Operations Coordinator, you’ll take a key role in supporting both office administration and project delivery. You’ll work closely with engineers and management to ensure projects run smoothly — from initiation through completion.

The Project and Operations Coordinator will oversee day-to-day activities such as coordinating schedules, tracking budgets, managing documentation, and maintaining communication between suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. You’ll also support office functions, ensuring all administrative processes are efficient and compliant.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project tasks, materials, and documentation.
  • Preparing costings, purchase orders, delivery records, and progress reports.
  • Assisting with quotations, invoices, and financial tracking.
  • Managing correspondence, filing systems, and general office duties.
  • Monitoring project budgets and producing reports using Excel.
  • Supporting the director and engineering team with scheduling and communication.
  • Contributing to health & safety, quality, and compliance procedures.

This is a varied, hands-on role where attention to detail and initiative are key. The Project and Operations Coordinator will ensure that all projects are supported efficiently and that the office operates seamlessly.

 

Skills & Experience:

To succeed as a Project and Operations Coordinator, you should bring:

  • Experience in a similar administrative, office management, or project coordination role (engineering or construction background preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
