Shifts: Full-time, Permanent. Factory floor-based position, working one of two shifts:
- Early shift: Monday to Thursday 06:00–14:00, Friday 06:00–13:00
- Backshift: Monday to Thursday 14:15–00:15

Job Description
Theo James Recruitment is looking for conscientious and confident time-served Platers to join a growing team. You'll be working from engineering drawings to fabricate heavy steel structures to a high standard, playing a key role in delivering quality work across a range of high-profile sectors.
Skills & Experience
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of heavy steel fabrication
- Experience with crane driving
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations
