Full-time – Permanent Position
Standard working hours (7am – 3:30pm)


Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician/Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, minimising downtime, and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the preventative maintenance programme
  • Carry out mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance
  • Maintain and support factory services and infrastructure
  • Repair and refurbish auxiliary production equipment
  • Operate conventional, CNC, EDM, and laser machines as needed for maintenance
  • Uphold Health and Safety and housekeeping standards
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements in maintenance processes
  • Complete documentation and follow internal procedures rigorously
  • Report equipment or process concerns to management promptly

Skills & Experience:

Required:

  • Time-served maintenance experience in a relevant industrial sector

Desired (but not essential):

  • BS7671 Electrical Installation and Testing
  • IPAF Certification
  • Working at Heights/Harness Training
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • FGAS Certification
  • Gas Safe Qualification
