Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, rotating early and late shifts, with overtime available.

Job Description:
As a Logistics Lead Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse and logistics operations. The Logistics Lead Operator will support the Supervisor in coordinating daily activities, ensuring materials flow efficiently and safely across the operation.

The  L ogistics Lead Operator will oversee stock control, goods movement, and operational workflow, ensuring On Time In Full delivery. You’ll also step up to cover supervisory duties when required, making the Logistics Lead Operator a critical part of the leadership team.

This Logistics Lead Operator position involves operating manual handling equipment, maintaining accurate SAP records, and responding to operational challenges such as shortages or damaged stock. The Logistics Lead Operator will also support team performance, training, and resource allocation on shift.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of logistics workflows and stock control systems (SAP desirable)
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence
  • Proactive, professional, and adaptable approach
