Job Description:
We’re looking for an IWS Deployment Manager to take the lead in embedding the Intersnack Working System at our Billingham site. This is a high-impact role where you’ll guide the site through a journey of continuous improvement, helping to boost performance, reduce losses, and build long-term capability.

Steer the site through different phases of the IWS journey, ensuring key business goals are achieved.

Coach and mentor site leaders and frontline teams to develop their skills and confidence.

Foster engagement across the workforce using structured processes and cultural initiatives.

Shape and deliver site improvement plans, focusing on efficiency and reliability.

Champion problem-solving and drive significant improvements in performance and downtime reduction.

Support leaders in adopting best practice and contribute to wider knowledge-sharing across the group.
Skills & Experience:

A background in manufacturing or FMCG, with experience of leading large teams.
- Overseeing teams of circa 150 people.

Strong knowledge of lean or continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma or similar).

A proven track record of delivering performance improvements and embedding sustainable change.

The ability to influence, inspire and challenge constructively at all levels of the organisation.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.

Excellent communication and leadership qualities – confident working with both shop floor teams and senior leaders.
