Job Description:
We’re looking for an IWS Deployment Manager to take the lead in embedding the Intersnack Working System at our Billingham site. This is a high-impact role where you’ll guide the site through a journey of continuous improvement, helping to boost performance, reduce losses, and build long-term capability.

  • Steer the site through different phases of the IWS journey, ensuring key business goals are achieved.

  • Coach and mentor site leaders and frontline teams to develop their skills and confidence.

  • Foster engagement across the workforce using structured processes and cultural initiatives.

  • Shape and deliver site improvement plans, focusing on efficiency and reliability.

  • Champion problem-solving and drive significant improvements in performance and downtime reduction.

  • Support leaders in adopting best practice and contribute to wider knowledge-sharing across the group.

Skills & Experience:

  • A background in manufacturing or FMCG, with experience of leading large teams.

  • Overseeing teams of circa 150 people.
  • Strong knowledge of lean or continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma or similar).

  • A proven track record of delivering performance improvements and embedding sustainable change.

  • The ability to influence, inspire and challenge constructively at all levels of the organisation.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.

  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities – confident working with both shop floor teams and senior leaders.
