Job Description:
As the IT Manager, you will play a key role in leading a capable, customer-focused IT function that supports a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment. This IT Manager position blends hands-on technical expertise with strong team leadership, ensuring systems, infrastructure, and digital processes operate efficiently and align with business needs.
As IT Manager, you will oversee system administration across applications including Salesforce, manage database performance, maintain robust cybersecurity practices, and support business continuity planning. You will collaborate closely with operational, logistics, and office teams to enhance digital workflows and champion continuous improvement.
Managing and developing your team is a core part of the IT Manager role. You’ll provide coaching, drive performance, allocate workload effectively, and nurture a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation. Working with senior leadership, the IT Manager will also contribute to IT strategy, project delivery, and long-term technology roadmaps.

Skills & Experience:

Proven leadership experience in an IT Manager or similar IT leadership role

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce administration and SQL

Broad technical understanding across infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity

Experience managing IT teams in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical information clearly

Understanding of GDPR, ISO27001, and IT service management

Experience within manufacturing environments (desirable)
