We are searching for an experienced Installation Technician with a background in manufacturing and an awareness of field service operations. The role involves the installation of machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and engaging directly with clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a time-served apprenticeship or equivalent experience who are eager to develop their skills and work in a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of machinery (product-specific training provided)
• Establishing and maintaining site service contracts with external providers
• Fault-finding and servicing machines where required
• The ability and knowledge of being able to troubleshoot.
• Understanding and working with technical/engineering drawings
• Working flexibly between home and travel-based assignments

Skills & Experience:

• HNC qualification (time-served apprenticeship preferred)
• Experience in a manufacturing industry
• Customer-facing communication skills
• Awareness of field service roles and responsibilities
• Servicing, repair, and fault-finding experience (desired)
