Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive HR Assistant to join the HR team and provide essential support across all areas of Human Resources. This part-time, fixed-term role offers a varied workload and excellent exposure to all aspects of HR, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Organising employee council meetings and taking minutes

Coordinating Long Service Awards, including payments, trophies, and certificates

Supporting employee engagement initiatives and events

Assisting with the Catalytic Coaching programme

Monitoring staff absence and ensuring all relevant forms are completed by managers and employees

Supporting HR projects as directed by the HR Director
Recruitment & Onboarding:
-
Assisting with recruitment processes, including advertising, arranging interviews, and preparing employment contracts

Planning and organising HR inductions
-
Ensuring new starters are set up on all relevant systems and benefits
HR Administration:
-
Maintaining and updating HR systems, including ADP
-
Preparing monthly headcount reports and ensuring HR compliance and accurate record keeping

Producing reports as required

Supporting HR administration for other UK and international locations when needed

Processing leavers and organising training sessions
Employee Relations:

Arranging disciplinary and grievance hearings and taking meeting notes
