Job Description:
As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting production and project teams across the plant. You’ll gain hands-on experience in process optimisation, continuous improvement, and technical problem-solving. Responsibilities will include monitoring processes, analysing performance data, supporting improvement projects, and creating Standard Operating Procedures.

The Graduate Process Engineer will also have exposure to lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodology, working alongside senior engineers and managers to deliver real impact. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while contributing to a company focused on sustainability and innovation.

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree (BEng, MEng, or MSc) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Interest in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma (desirable but not essential)
  • Enthusiasm to learn and take ownership of tasks
