Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 4:00pm

(Some flexibility may be required for weekends and/or overtime to support operational needs.)


Job Description:

As a Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the site, ensuring all facilities, grounds, and operational areas are kept safe, functional, and well-presented.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Site and grounds maintenance

  • Garden and outdoor upkeep

  • Maintenance of office and operational areas

  • Compounds and HVAC support

  • Solar panel maintenance

  • Painting and decorating (offices and operational areas)

  • Basic plumbing works

  • Basic electrical maintenance (lighting and sockets)

  • Yard repairs

  • Floor repairs

Duties may vary in line with operational requirements, provided they remain appropriate to the role.


Skills & Experience:
  • Previous facilities or maintenance experience is essential

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and alongside external contractors

  • Proactive and self-motivated

  • Ability to follow instructions clearly

  • Comfortable working at heights

  • Committed to maintaining a safe working environment
