Hourly Rate: Competitive, DOE
Shifts: Monday–Thursday, 7am–5pm (4-day week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Fabricator to support increasing production demand. As a Fabricator, you will work on a variety of projects involving mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The Fabricator will read drawings, plan work independently, and produce accurate, high-quality components in a fast-paced workshop. Using MIG and TIG processes where required, the Fabricator will contribute to a wide range of jobs with autonomy and trust. This role is ideal for a Fabricator who enjoys diverse tasks, problem-solving, and working within a supportive team. As a Fabricator, you will receive ongoing on-the-job training and development to help you grow with the business.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience as a Fabricator, Sheet Metal Worker, Plater or Welder
  • Ability to fabricate from engineering drawings
  • Experience with mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel
  • Ability to work independently and at pace
  • Open to learning and developing new skills
  • Applicants without formal qualifications but with strong practical ability will be supported
