Working Hours: 7am – 3:30pm Monday – Thursday, 7am – 1pm Friday

Job Description:
The Setter / Operator will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components to engineering drawings and specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Ensuring components are produced to drawing tolerances and quality standards
- Loading programs, setting tools, and making offsets
- Performing basic inspection using measuring equipment
- Working closely with production and engineering teams
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this Setter / Operator role, you should have:
- Experience as a CNC Setter / Operator
- Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience using standard inspection equipment
- Knowledge of Heidenhain controls is advantageous
