Company Overview


A world-class manufacturer of state-of-the-art compressed air and gas solutions are looking to recruit a new Technical Support Engineer to enhance their existing team.


In this role you will be responsible for providing prompt UK & European technical support for a portfolio of products. The role involves remote troubleshooting of technical issues and providing immediate and long-term solutions to maintain a high level of customer support. The role may also include some off-site visits to customer installations.



Skills & Experience:

  • Direct compressed air industry experience is required.
  • Hands on experience with the ability to repair or be trained to work on compressed air treatment and gas generation products.
  • Customer focused with experience of technical support.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on multiple technical support issues.
  • Good communicator both verbally and written with the ability to produce clear reports.
  • Multiskilled mechanical, electrical and pneumatic system experience would be an advantage.


  • Point of contact for product technical/application issues.
  • Work with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and provide immediate actions or solutions to keep the product operational.
  • Be available to travel to the customers site if necessary.
  • Work with the Engineering teams if needed, across various manufacturing units, to undertake root cause analysis, provide corrective actions and feedback to aid product development.
  • Produce site visit or technical reports covering issues and actions taken to resolve the problem.
  • Manage product warranty claims in line with the company warranty policy.
