Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge in fabrication and machining- ideally a HND/HNC in manufacturing/engineering discipline
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to relay back to the team
• Sales experience in the fabrication and/or machining industry
• Experience in estimating and quoting
• Ability to create, develop and grow new contacts 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify their technical needs and offer solutions
• Understand future needs of customers to relay back to the team and create products and services that are forecasted to be needed
• Manage customer expectations through agreeing SLAs that are achievable to keep the customer satisfied
• Create and host presentations for updates to customers and stakeholders
• Navigate CRM software to ensure details of agreements are clear for other teams to pick up
