Skills & Experience:

• Adept in B2B sales via phone- prior experience selling services advantageous
• Proficiency in building rapport with customers to develop relationships
• Able to multitask whilst keeping organised 
• Proven experience in the safety industry or similar background

Responsibilities:

• Utilise the CRM and SAP to highlight new service opportunities and identify leads
• Create proposals for customers based on services provided and give recommendations based on findings
• Work towards high levels of customer retention as well as building new business 
• Customer account management to ensure happy with the service provided ensuring renewals 
• Maintain customer satisfaction through high service levels
