Job Description

• Leading the Environmental push to gain and maintain site certification to ISO14001 by identifying and implementing site wide actions and customer requirements.
• Supporting the Quality Manager on management of all aspects of the QMS and Medical Device
• Supporting the compliance requirements under the Medical Device Regulation for CE and UKCA marking of products.
• Assisting with Internal & External audit programs and CAPA plans.
• Customer Complaint investigation and communication.
• Providing a support to the operations team setting quality standards against customer requirements, investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues alongside the Quality Assistants.
• Supporting the NPI team where required with quality elements of IQ, OQ, & PQ validation projects.
• Monitoring and analysing quality performance with site and corporate KPI metrics reporting results via trend analysis and corporate teams..
• Driving improvements by creating a best practice culture and a continuous improvement mindset.

Skills & experience

•  Experience of ISO14001 implementation & management.
• A good working knowledge of  ISO13485 & ISO9001.
• Understanding of processes such as FMEA, 8D & CAPA.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Liaison with external parties where required.
• Good Time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise and execute tasks efficiently.
