Job Description:

As the Quality Advisor, you will take a proactive lead in promoting best-in-class quality standards across products and processes, ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved through right-first-time outcomes. You will work closely with the Group HSEQ Manager and operational teams to maintain and improve ISO 9001 compliance, conduct internal audits, and manage non-conformances.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough quality inspections and recommending improvements using Lean tools

  • Managing quality KPIs and preparing accurate reports

  • Investigating non-conformances and supporting root cause analysis and preventative actions

  • Leading internal audits across systems, processes, and performance metrics

  • Ensuring clear communication of quality objectives across departments

  • Staying current with industry standards and undertaking relevant training


Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in quality assurance within a metal-based manufacturing environment

  • Lean Six Sigma certification

  • ISO 9001 qualification

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Forms, Excel and reporting tools
