Company

Family owned business that has grown successfully through their experienced and passionate senior leadership team.  They are now looking to expand and appoint a new Operations Manager.

The role of Operations Manager

The postholder will take overall responsibility for production and warehouse teams, ensuring high standards are maintained as well as implementing strategic company objectives.

Working with the senior management team promoting a positive culture, identifying development and training opportunities within the team, site management over a two sites as well as making a contribution to various development projects.

Skills and Requirements of an Operations Manager

**It is a pre-requisite the the successful candidate has thermoforming or blow molding experience.**

Previous, successful operational management experience is essential for this position, exposure to a busy manufacturing facility and also knowledge of SME/family ran company will be a huge advantage.
