The Company:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful and expanding manufacturer, specialising within the chemical industry. This leading organisation is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with strong manufacturing experience to join their team.

Working Hours:

Full-time, permanent position

Job Description:

The Multi Skilled Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and systems within a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will need to be time-served, ideally with experience in heavy industry or chemical environments, and confident working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairing low voltage (24v) motors and machines
  • Working with rotating machinery
  • PLC and fault finding
  • Ensuring all control systems are updated

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an engineering role
  • Strong manufacturing background
  • Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent
  • Experience within the chemical or heavy industry preferred
  • Electrically biased background preferred
