Skills & Experience:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• 3+ years experience working within account management 
• Strong Negotiation, persuasion, selling and leadership skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships- ensuring agreed SLAs are met 

Responsibilities:

• Actively contact customers to generate further business and create more opportunities
• Maintain and improve relationships with customers by providing high level service/support
• Present and sell products to customers
• Update CRM with accurate notes for others to pick up
• Supervision of a small team
