Location: Sunderland (On-site)
Salary: I.R.O. £70,000 plus bonus

Job Description:
A newly created role for a Head of Supply Chain to lead and develop a high-performing supply chain function, covering procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and 3PL. The Head of Supply Chain will be pivotal in aligning strategy with operational excellence across demand planning, S&OP, supplier performance, and cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution
• Driving S&OP and stakeholder alignment
• Enhancing supplier relationships and negotiating optimal contracts
• Implementing demand planning tools and data-driven solutions
• Managing warehouse and transport operations
• Delivering sustainability and compliance objectives

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in supply chain leadership within FMCG
• Background in logistics, procurement, planning, and 3PL
• ERP and analytics expertise
• Excellent commercial acumen, team leadership, and project delivery
• Degree in Business, Logistics or related discipline preferred
