They recently acquired another long-standing packaging business which has helped with their big growth plans, their main strategy now being to continue to invest in advanced technology.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience within a customer service position dealing with complaints and queries
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
  • Experience within a fast paced manufacturing environement advantageous
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail

 

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with any queries from price requests, leads, order updates and delivery dates
  • Process and verify orders by accurately inputting into the CRM system
  • Escalate and resolve customer issues to find the best solution for both the business and customer
  • Customer aftercare- checking on service and supplying documentation
  • Provide high level support to customers
  • Collate and provide weekly reports on orders and deliveries to customers and the wider team
