Well established manufacturing business with a diverse product range, producing for a large customer base.

Job Description:
Responsible for negotiating contract Terms & Conditions between the business and its customers, advising on the legality of decisions and ensuring compliance with regulations, and proactively seeking situations to contribute to the company’s profitability and business. Provide liaison between customer and company personnel with regard to contract commitments, modifications and revisions, and monitor company performance on contractual obligations. This role will sit on the Senior Management Team.

Skills & Experience:

• Legal PQE working in the UK or region with a similar legal system.
• Extensive knowledge of business law for verification, oversight, or approval of agreements and documentation.
• Commercially aware.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings.
• Good IT literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work outside normal office hours.
• Ability to manage tasks assertively, efficiently, and timely.
• Assertive leadership and management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
