Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge in fabrication and machining- ideally a NVQ/HND/HNC in manufacturing/engineering discipline
• Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Experience in estimating and quoting
• Ability to create, develop and grow new contacts 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify their technical needs and offer solutions
• Understand future needs of customers to relay back to the team and create products and services that are forecasted to be needed as well as keeping up to date with industry trends
• Manage customer expectations through agreeing SLAs that are achievable to keep the customer satisfied and in line with production capabilities
• Prepare accurate estimations and quotations for customers 
• Navigate CRM software to ensure details of agreements are clear for other teams to pick up
