Salary circa £27,468 - £30,500 PA (ATE £34,000K)
Shifts - 2 shift pattern, 11% premium paid for shift allowance.

Location: Sunderland

The Position:

We are looking for X2 Die Maintenance Engineers.
These positions require drive, enthusiasm and someone who is looking for a long-standing career. Within this role, you would be providing support to the press department of the team, repairing press tools within a busy environment.

Skills & Requirements of a Maintenance Engineer:  

• Toolmaker Qualification / Time Served within a mechanical engineering qualification
• To have worked in some form of high demanding manufacturing industry, ideally automotive
• Experience of using various hand tools for grinding
• Tig / Arg / Mig welding exposure
• Operation of manual milling machines and lathes
• Diagnose tooling problems at press callouts
• Knowledge of tool / press setting, and operation is advantageous
