  • Use established project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Prince2).
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and evolving project processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing projects in a technical, manufacturing, or product development setting.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Commercially aware, resilient under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident working autonomously with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Why Apply?

  • Play a key role in delivering innovative new products and shaping future strategy.
  • Join a business committed to investment in people, technology, and growth.
  • Excellent opportunities for development and career progression.
  • Work with a supportive leadership team and high-performing colleagues.
  • Make a genuine impact within a company undergoing transformation and expansion.
