Job Description:

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be accountable for the following:

- Management of direct reports, including recruitment, performance management, reward, recognition, training, and development.
- Allocation and prioritization of resources to achieve operational goals and objectives, ensuring internal/external customer satisfaction.
- Coordination and oversight of daily operations and workflow.
- Ensuring On Time and In Full (OTIF) delivery to internal and external customers.
- Effecting changes to production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Prompt communication of operational changes/concerns to relevant departments (e.g., material shortages, defective/damaged parts).
- Prioritization and closure of routine activities such as ZIP audits, training compliance, layered audits, skill development, and housekeeping audits.
- Achievement of KPIs including Driver safety standards, Transport, Delivery, and Stock movement.
- Utilization of SAP MRP and systems for accurate stock control and material flow management.
- Compilation and reporting of management information (e.g., stock levels, customer deliveries).
- Identification and intervention on issues affecting operations, escalating as per the escalation procedure.
- Promotion of collaborative and cross-functional working.
- Adherence to quality standards and requirements, including all QMS related items, for self and direct reports.
- Adherence to all legal and safety requirements, including Driver safety standards, for self and direct reports.

- Relevant experience in a similar role.
