Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 

Responsibilities:

1.    Technical Sales Management:

•    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
•    Identify and target potential clients in the automotive industry.
•    Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
•    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
•    Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

2.    Project Oversight:

•    Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
•    Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
•    Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.

3.    Technical Expertise:

•    Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
•    Provide technical support to sales teams and clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
•    Collaborate with the R&D team to align sales strategies with product development efforts.

4.    Reporting and Analysis:

•    Prepare regular sales and project status reports for management review.
•    Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
•    Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales and project performance.

5.    Team Collaboration:

•    Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
•    Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
